What am I buying?
All products sold by Lucy’s Patterns are digital knitting or crochet pattern PDF files. You are purchasing the instructions to make the item shown, not the finished garment or item.
Will I receive anything in the post?
No. Our patterns are digital downloads. No physical pattern, finished item, yarn or other materials will be posted to you.
How do I receive my pattern?
Once your payment is complete, your PDF pattern will be available from the order confirmation page. You will also receive an email containing a link to your download.
How many times can I download my pattern?
You can download each purchased pattern up to 5 times. We recommend saving the PDF to your computer, tablet or phone after downloading it.
Can I print the pattern?
Yes. You can print the PDF for your own personal use, or read it directly from your computer, tablet or phone.
I haven't received my download email. What should I do?
First check your Spam or Junk folder and make sure you are checking the email address used when placing your order. You can also visit our Download Help page for further guidance.
What will I need to open a PDF pattern?
Most computers, tablets and smartphones can open PDF files. You can also use a free PDF reader if required.
Are yarn and materials included?
No. The listing is for the digital pattern only. Yarn, needles, hooks, buttons and any other materials required to complete the project are not included.
Can I return a digital pattern?
Because our products are digital downloads, different cancellation and refund rules may apply once digital content has been supplied or downloaded. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I share or resell the PDF pattern?
No. Your purchase is for your own use. The PDF file must not be copied, redistributed, shared, uploaded or resold.
