Returns and Refunds

Lucy’s Patterns sells digital PDF knitting and crochet patterns. No physical products are supplied or posted.

Digital Downloads

Our patterns are supplied as digital downloads and are normally made available immediately after payment.

Where you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the supply begins, your statutory 14-day cancellation right will no longer apply once the digital content has been supplied.

Problems With Your Pattern

If you receive the wrong file, cannot access your download, or believe the digital content is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern more than once, please contact us. We will review duplicate purchases individually.
